Since joining FSI in 2002 as Business Solutions Adviser, Jon has been commercially responsible for Concept, managing both the current client base, as well as new business opportunities. Prior to joining FSI, Jon spent ten years in IT sales in the software industry, including working at Manpower Software and Macromedia Inc
Business Development Manager
Adrian's background is in engineering management. He joined FSI in 1998, and has actively contributed to the expansion and development of the sales team, introducing more customer focused sales activity. As Business Development Manager he has expanded his company, and now deals with the task of developing relationships with key FM companies and blue chip clients.
Business Relationship Manager
Heinrich started life as a solicitor in South Africa and moved to the UK to practice Law. He joined FSI in 2001 as a consultant, responsible for the implementation of a number of Concept systems. Selected due to his high level of product knowledge, combined with excellent interpersonal skills, he will be responsible for developing close relationships with all management levels within client organisations, in a company regarded as key to the client-centric approach that FSI has to business.
Marketing Executive
Sally joined FSI in January 2002 as the Sales Assistant,
and was soon promoted to the company of Business Development
& Marketing Assistant. As well as handling the administration
for the Commercial Team, Sally is also the first port
of call for all Marketing activities. These include
the organisation of all corporate events, participation
at industry-related exhibitions, and FSI’s own
Tune in to FM seminar series. Sally’s background
is in Sales & Marketing for the finance, trading
and consumer industries.
