FSI are developers of the Concept™ FM range of Computer Aided Facilities
Management (CAFM) software. Functionality includes Help Desk, PPM and Asset
Management.
Head west on the A127 until you reach Hall Lane (Approximately 1 minute).
Turn left onto Hall Lane and continue until you pass the Upminster Train Station
(approximately 4 minutes) and turn left at the first set of major traffic lights
into St Mary's Lane.
Exchange House is the tallest building on the right, 100 yards along St. Mary's Lane.
Visitor parking is available in the car park at the rear of the building, accessed
through the archway.
Upminster main line (serviced by C2C) and tube station (District Line) are five minutes
walk from FSI. C2C operates from Fenchurch Street station, and is the quickest of the
two public transport routes. Upminster tube station is the last stop on the District Line.
Turn left out of Upminster station, and walk down the hill (Station Road), towards the
main set of traffic lights on the junction of St. Mary's Lane and Station Road. Turn
left at the traffic lights into St. Mary's Lane.
