Joining FSI in October 2000, Eric's main responsibilities cover the control of all financial and administrative functions on a day to day basis. Eric brings with him a wealth of financial experience over the last 35 years in manufacturing, engineering, service industries, local government and international trading.
Operations Manager
One of the longest-serving members of staff at FSI, Rob joined the company in 1994, fresh from completing his Computer Science degree at Oxford Brookes University. Originally a software developer, Rob moved to the company of Implementation Consultant, and spent more than two years in Hong Kong, working for both FSI and FPD Savills. Rob returned to England and spent three years as a Senior Consultant, managing major Concept™ implementations in the UK, Europe and worldwide. Rob was promoted to the position of Operations Manager in 2004, and manages the FSI team of Consultants and Project Managers.
Training Manager
Dorette joined FSI in 2003 as a Training Consultant, later promoted to the company of Training Manager. As Training Manager, Dorette ensures all training needs of clients are met. Dorette is involved in the production of training manuals, testing software and associated tasks. Dorette started her working life in South Africa, training children on basic Computer skills. Dorette has also worked as a Faculty Manager, as well as a Sales and Training Manager.
