FSI are developers of the Concept™ FM range of Computer Aided Facilities
Management (CAFM) software. Functionality includes Help Desk, PPM and Asset
Management.
Client workshops at FSI have been a long tradition. However, we discovered our location was a hindrance for many of you, which was a disappointment to us. Consequently, FSI took a different approach to communicating information, by launching in 2004 our regionally held seminar series: Tune in to FM.
The purpose of the seminar series is to investigate the processes that make facilities management a benefit to end-users. At FSI, we are only too aware of the KPI’s placed on organisations regarding facilities management measurement and reporting processes. It is therefore vital Facilities Managers keep abreast of the latest developments within the industry, and this is the driving force behind the Tune in to FM seminar series.
The inaugural seminar was held at the London Stock Exchange in February 2004, and attracted an audience far bigger than we dared to hope for a new seminar available in the CAFM marketplace. Successful seminars have followed at the following client sites: Sheffield Hallam University, Landflex the Ministry of Defence, Anglia Polytechnic University, Airbus, the Natural History Museum, the Bank of England and Harrods.
To ensure the seminars aren’t a platform for Concept™ and FSI, we have delivered well-rounded programmes, thus providing the overall picture of facilities management, and the integration tools available to make the job easier.
