FSI's 3rd Golf Invitational took place in June 2006, in perfect golfing weather!  Set against the backdrop of Warley Park Golf Club in Essex, the players kicked off with the texas scramble team event.  The winning team comprised of Richard Nichols (GSL UK Limited), Martin White (OCS Engineering) and FSI's own Irenee Van Den Ende.

Following a spot of lunch in the clubhouse, the serious matter of the 3rd FSI Golf Invitational commenced.  To ensure the players managed to survive 18 holes of golf in the afternoon sun, golf buggies were provided, and drinks were on tap mid-way round!

Individual winner of the 3rd FSI Golf Invitational was John Humphreys from Societe Generale, closely followed by Andrew Hall from AFH Consulting, and last year's winner, Mike Heath from Peterborough City Council.  John Humphreys also formed part of the winning Invitational team, along with Colin Lemmon from GSL UK Limited and Simon Frost from Cognito.  Further prizes went to Paul Shanahan from Facilities Recruitment Limited (nearest the pin) and Brian Blakesley from Elyo (longest drive).  Prizes were presented by Mick Dalton, Chairman of the BIFM, during a well-earned dinner!

The 4th FSI Invitational will take place summer 2007.
