Congratulations to Chardfm on winning the i-FM e-Business award at the 2009 PFM Awards. Awarded in recognition of the integrated project solution represented in their Chardfm CAfm system, the project was developed by working in partnership with the FM industry’s most innovative providers and their technologies. The Concept Evolution™ fully web-enabled CAFM solution from FSI (FM Solutions) Limited, Microsoft Gold partners, as at the heart of the project.

About Chardfm CAfm:
Chardfm CAfm allows clients to log calls online, by phone or a mobile device, whilst the helpdesk handles calls personally before virtually sending instructions wirelessly to multi-skilled technicians, connecting their geographical locations and skill-sets to the call. Technicians are provided with the necessary information: description of problem, relevant Health & Safety documentation, service history, asset data and graphical information enabling a streamlined and efficient response. Upon completion of the call, the technician closes the job with an on-site signature sending the report and documentation wirelessly back to the helpdesk team. Clients can track each stage of the process via the online digital dashboard, together with live KPI generation showing service levels.
