Concepts Pocket Maintenance Application enables the remote collection of time and task information for both reactive and planned tasks. Collection of information is incorporated into a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), which uniquely identifies each engineer and is able to send relevant cost and task information back to the Concept™ system, dynamically utilising the optional Wireless LAN, docking cradle, GSM or GPRS mobile networking options.
