FSI continue to spread the Concept™ word at industry conference
FSI (FM Solutions) Ltd, developers of the Concept™ range of Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) software, were recently asked to present at a conference entitled “Achieving best practice Facilities & Maintenance Management”.
The conference took place in Birmingham and was attended by a host of delegates, including Facilities, Engineering, Maintenance and Operations Directors and Managers. The BIFM, BAA, Rolls-Royce, The Scottish Parliament and University of Kent were among the organisations who presented. Topics included risk management, whole life costing, maintenance best value, KPI’s, and new technologies in Facilities and Asset Management.
Jon Clark, Business Solutions Adviser at FSI, co-presented with Dave Tayler, Planning & Performance Engineer at Airbus UK Bristol on CAFM and the use of Concept™ at the Airbus UK Bristol site. They discussed the maintenance requirements of the 144 acre site, the selection criteria which led to the implementation of Concept™, the compatibility with the Airbus infrastructure and future developments of Concept™ at site.
With Facilities Management now one of the fastest growing disciplines in the UK, Europe and World-wide, the conference allowed delegates to share experiences and knowledge of the industry with the presenters. FSI were pleased to present at the conference, to discuss the importance of CAFM and Concept™ in the Facilities Management arena.
