FSI are developers of the Concept™ FM range of Computer Aided Facilities
Management (CAFM) software. Functionality includes Help Desk, PPM and Asset
Management.
At FSI we pride ourselves on our support staff who, through use of years of
experience, comprehensive knowledge and powerful tools, are able to
successfully answer any questions you have about our Concept™ product range and
solutions.
Skilled at replicating and resolving even the most elusive of intermittent
problems, FSI's support staff will stay engaged until your problem is solved,
and will guarantee an initial response time of less than two hours.
Support is provided at an annual service fee which includes telephone support and software upgrades. Our helpdesk is available between the hours of 8:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Response to a call, e-mail or fax notifying us of a problem is guaranteed within 2 hours of receipt
We endeavour to provide solutions or alternative workings for all Concept™ errors and malfunctions
Online Support (via dial in) promises speedier resolutions as support have hands on access to the reported issue
Our Support site, and Helpdesk, is unavailable to any site/persons not covered by an up-to-date FSI support contract agreement
