"Sector-specific Facilities Management solutions"

Tune in to FM at Airbus UK Bristol on Thursday 8th September 2005 will continue where the 2005 seminars at the Ministry of Defence and Anglia Polytechnic University ended - to explore the science and processes that makes Facilities Management increasingly a bottom line benefit to end users.

Now in its second year, the free seminar series, created by FSI, brings together keynote speakers, to discuss the latest developments within the industry, to delegates from a range of user sectors, and encourages dialogue and best practice.

The 2004 seminars were held at The London Stock Exchange, Sheffield Hallam University and Landflex, and drew attendance figures far greater than we had hoped for the first year of a seminar series available in the FM marketplace.  The 2005 seminars promise to continue this success.

The speaker line-up for the seminar on Thursday 8th September 2005, at Airbus UK Bristol, to discuss Facilities Management in their respective sectors are:

  • Mike Doolan, Head of Service - Call Centres at Carillion plc - Facilities Management in the IT/Technology sector.
  • Peter Gorman, Facilities Director at First Engineering Ltd - Facilities Management in the Rail sector.
  • Alan Steer, CAFM Development Manager at United Utilities Facilities Management Limited - Facilities Management in the Utilities sector.
  • Dave Tayler, Performance and Planning Engineer at Airbus UK Bristol - Concept™ at Airbus UK Bristol.

You will also have the opportunity to address the speakers regarding their related fields of expertise, as well as to discuss the use of Concept™ at site with your fellow delegates in attendance, in the closing lunch/networking session.

Book early to avoid disappointment!

Further information, including an agenda and map/directions will be emailed to you closer to the event.

I look forward to seeing you at Airbus UK Bristol, on Thursday 8th September 2005.
