Tune in to FM at The Natural History Museum
Friday 11th November 2005
10:00am-14:00pm

"Facilities Management: UK & beyond, & the Concept™ User Group"

To continue the success of the Tune in to FM 2005 seminar series, FSI (FM Solutions) Ltd would like to invite you to the next seminar in the series:

Tune in to FM at The Natural History Museum on Friday 11th November 2005 will continue where the 2005 seminars at Ministry of Defence, Anglia Polytechnic University and Airbus ended - to explore the science and processes that makes Facilities Management increasingly a bottom line benefit to end users.

The seminar will also provide a platform for the Concept™ User Group: discuss the use of Concept™ at site with your fellow delegates in attendance, prior to the official launch of the Concept™ User Group in 2006.

Now in its second year, the free seminar series, created by FSI, brings together keynote speakers, to discuss the latest developments within the industry, to delegates from a range of user sectors, and encourages dialogue and best practice.

The 2004 seminars were held at The London Stock Exchange, Sheffield Hallam University and Landflex, and drew attendance figures far greater than we had hoped for the first year of a seminar series available in the FM marketplace.  The 2005 seminars promise to continue this success.

The speaker line-up for the seminar on Friday 11th November 2005, at The Natural History Museum, to discuss Facilities Management UK and beyond is as follows:

  • Mick Dalton, Marketing Director at George S Hall Ltd and Chairman of the BIFM - Facilities Management: A view of the world, plus the work of the BIFM.
  • John Davis, Managing Director at Facilities Recruitment Limited - Career trends (past, present and future) in the Facilities Management industry, plus the work of Facilities Recruitment Limited.
  • Tuomo Komulainen, system Manager for YIT, a construction and engineering company with over 20,000 employees based in Finland - how Concept™has been successfully implemented to fulfil the CAFM requirements of their diverse range of clients.
  • Irenee Van Den Ende, Implementation Consultant at FSI, and Concept Project Manager for The Natural History Museum - discussing Facilities Management at the museum, and the use of Concept™ at site.

You will also have the opportunity to address the speakers regarding their related fields of expertise in the closing Q&A session, as well as the lunch/networking session.  The Museum is also available to you should you wish to explore, and news has reached us that the T-rex has made a dramatic return to the Dinosaur Gallery: why not introduce yourself!

Book early to avoid disappointment!

Further information, including an agenda and map/directions will be emailed to you closer to the event.

I look forward to seeing you at The Natural History Museum, on Friday 11th November 2005.

Regards,
