When thinking CAFM in the GCC region, people think Concept Evolution™ or FSI. Adrian Jarvis, General Manager of FSI Middle East reveals to MEFMA Facility Insight magazine the exciting product features and plans for the future in this region.
The company has been operating in the GCC since 2002 and is a subsidiary of the international
facilities, property and maintenance management software provider FSI Global Plc. FSI has been developing technology solutions since 1990. Its flagship product Concept Evolution™ was recently shortlisted for the Tomorrow FM Awards 2015 in the UK.

Innovation is key
Amongst other new developments FSI will be featuring at Confex 2015 the new Live View module for Concept Evolution™. Through Live View FM Managers are able to view PPM, reactive tasks updates, resources, SLA performance and room bookings in real time overlaid on Floor Plan Images. The vision for Live View is to empower and enable decision makers to get a real grasp of the performance of their assets and resources.

Mobility: the way forward for FM in the field
FSI has seen a sharp rise in demand for the use of mobile technology within FM. Having recognized this trend some years ago FSI responded with the development of FSI GO™ Workforce Mobility.
FSI GO™ is used to perform many fundamental FM Functions in the field. It empowers technicians to conduct tasks, record times, events, customer comments and signatures without the headache of completing reams of paperwork. The data is automatically stored and updated on the central CAFM database and other software systems as appropriate. FSI GO™ is also being deployed to capture accurate asset data and for auditing and survey purposes. Adrian Jarvis adds "With FSI GO™ the possibilities are endless.
